Hi Jesús!
A "lucky mascot" or a "lucky charm" is a person or item that someone perceives as bringing them better luck for what they want to accomplish. For example:
"This team's lucky mascot is the star player's girlfriend. Every time she has come to the game, the team has won."
"My lucky charm is my blue underwear, because I seem to score very high on all my exams every time I wear it."
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any more questions =)
