NO. Definitely not.
The bigger question here, of course, is why on earth would you want to write it like that? Why would anyone make a point of spelling a word wrong when they know how to write it correctly?
While English pronunciation varies - according to regional and other social factors - spelling does NOT vary according to the pronunciation. The rules of written English are fixed.

Hi Nada.
A clear difference exists between the written and the spoken code. You are rigth: in some language varieties, the number 20 sounds like /twɛni/ but, when you write it, prefer the standard form "twenty". The same goes for "gonna", "wanna" etc.
