How do you say "I am good at (something)" in French?
And how do you say "I'm getting good at (something)"?

There are several possibilities:
Je suis bon en qch
Je suis doué pour qch
J'ai un don pour qch
To say "I'am getting good at smth", I'd simply say:
Je deviens bon en qch.
