Two-faced people are people who show one side of themselves to one person and another side to another. For example, someone who is nice to you but then calls you names to someone else once you've left the room - this person would be 'two-faced'.
Hypocritical people are 'hypocrites'. A hypocrite is someone who does the very thing they claim to be wrong. Someone saying all men are scum but then also says that we shouldn't prejudge individual people is a hypocrite.
A hypocrite is also a person who doesn't do something they claim is right. So someone saying we should all pick up litter from the gutters but who never does it themselves is a hypocrite.
