He is agreeing with her. Can "agree" used Ving ? What does it mean? What is it different from the sentence? He agrees with her.

"He is agreeing with her" means that he is currently agreeing with her in an ongoing way:
"He's agreeing with her now only because he wants her to like him. He doesn't really believe any of the things she's saying."
"He agrees with her" means that he agrees with her right now on one thing:
"She says it's time for lunch. He agrees with her."
