''I've noticed after I saw'' or ''I noticed after I saw'' which one is correct? someone said ''he copies all the posts from other users and don't credit them, if you ask him to put your credit he will block you'' then I wanted to reply that I (have) noticed that he was stealing someone's content after I saw popular posts twice on my timeline (the original one and the one he stole, posted as if it was his own idea). and he just changes the caption a little bit so it doesn't seem it was stolen. is my sentence correct? 1) I don't know if I should use ''I have noticed'' or ''I noticed'' 2) are these senteces below correct? I (have) noticed after I saw popular posts twice on my timeline. he just changes the caption a little bit. I (have) noticed after I saw repeated posts on my timeline. (...) Is there a way to say it better? Thanks in advance, please correct me if there are any grammatical mistakes above.

He always just changes/ he just changed the caption a little bit. I noticed after I saw twice the same post on my timeline. (...) I hope I could help a little bit :)
