"my heart flutters" => 가슴이 두근거려 / 마음이 떨려.
* 가슴 = chest, heart, bosom.
* 마음 = heart, mind.
* 두근거리다 = (of a heart) to flutter, to beat fast.
* 떨리다 = to tremble, to shake.
"Korea in my heart forever" => 한국은 영원토록 내 마음에 / 내 가슴에 영원할 한국.
* 영원히, 영원토록 = for ever.
