바라다 : 바라+고, 바라+니,
바라 + -ㄹ게(요) : 약속이나 의지(promise or will)
바라(요) : 단순 서술(simple statement)
*'바래요' is not correct grammatically. Its correct form is '바라요'. But '바래요' has been used long time so that it is acceptable colloquially.
