It's wrong. Exemples : Partir - tarte - polka, Appeler - atterrir - Kenya, Pile - tir - kiwi, Porte - tordre - koala Trapu - tutu - Ku Klux Klan, Pyrénées - typique - Kylian. All these words have a ''p t k'' correctly pronunce. You can check on wiktionnaire or Google traduction.
