Number 3 is correct ' ganarse la vida ' is a fixed sentence , you can't change it :
Yo debo ganarme la vida
Tu debes ganarte la vida
Él debe ganarse la vida
Nosotros debemos ganarnos la vida
Vosotros debéis ganaros la vida
Ellos deben ganarse la vida

Hello Bill,
The correct answer is the second one, "Se debe trabajar con diligencia para ganarse la vida", because it is oneself who makes a living. Hence, you should add the reflexive pronoun "se" to the verb, in this case, "ganar".
