Please, what does it mean when an email is not delivered and is returned with that note "user is over quota" ? Does it mean that the email doesn't exist anymore ? By the way, could you tell me if you see mistakes in my questions ?

I think it means that the person to whom you are sending the message has an Inbox that is full and cannot accept anymore messages.

The recepient (/the person you wanted to send it to) has only limited mail space (quota). Maybe you sent too large pictures, sounds or movie files. Or the inbox is already full. You can try to send it again after some time. When some older messages are read and deleted.
