What is the difference between “partially“ and “partly“ ? Thank you for your answers!

They are synonyms. There is no difference. They both mean "incompletely" or "not whole" or whatever. However, the word "partial" can also mean to like something. As in "I have grown partial to this tv show" or something similar. It has two definitions.
