These are made-up slang phrases. They're just silly.
Counting-schmounting!
**In English, when we mock a word, we add a fake word that starts with 'schm' and the ending rhymes with the previous word.
Eating, schmeating. Walking-scmalking. We do that to show we are mocking that idea.
