What's the difference between 'sign' and 'symptom'?

Why '______' should be 'symptom' instead of 'sign'??

Sign is neutral and general. You can have a sign of something good or bad. It doesn't even have to be medical. Medical is negative and usually (Though not always) associated with health.

"Sign" is a neutral word. "Symptom" is an indication of a disease (or figuratively, a problem).
