"Have/Has any additional resources become available"? Which one is correct?

"Have any additional resources become available?" Both are used in the third person, as in this case, however 'has' refers to the singular, and 'have' to the plural. As you have 'resources' (plural) you have to use 'have'. If you were talking about a single item, you could then use 'has', e.g., "has an additional room become available?".
