Spoil mood is it Natural collocation in English. Is it natural sounding to say I was in a good mood but his disgusting behaviour spoiled my mood. Many thanks

Yes this is a natural sentence ^^. You could also replace the last mood with "it". So you could say " I was in a good mood but his disgusting behavior spoiled "it".
