잡수다 is an honorific word of 먹다
먹어 봐 < 먹(다) + 어 + 보(다) + 아
잡숴 봐 < 잡수(다) + 어 + 보(다) + 아
Both mean "try to eat"
잡숴 봐 is mixture of formalities
잡숴 is formal and 봐 is informal
Here are some variations with formality
먹어 봐 - informal
먹어 봐요 - a little formal
먹어 보세요. - a little formal l (not recommended)
잡숴 봐 - a little formal (not recommended)
