个人觉得这应该是母女间才知道的特定做法。这是在母女相处中偶然形成的。
比如，女儿特别的怕痒，妈妈和女儿在相互玩耍中发现了这一点，于是，妈妈就用挠痒来惩罚或和女儿开玩笑，同时把挠痒时用的手或工具戏称为“爱的小手”。那么，当妈妈说用爱的小手时，女儿就会明白，妈妈要挠她的痒了。
这只是举个例子，是想说，这类词语一般只有当事人双方才能真正知道代表什么。
