What does "busy and hot" mean? What does this statement mean, in reply of your question about someone's these days status?

Some more context would help, but my best guesses are: 1. Exactly what it says: someone has been busy with things to do lately and the weather has been hot. 2. A euphemism to say one has been having a lot of sex lately.
