Yes, it's correct!
But there's one thing:"diàn yǐng" means "film" in Chinese, it's a little bit different to "TV" : )

you are all correct if you add nothing in English, because TV is called dian4shi4, and film is called diànyǐng in pinyin.

If you want to say " Chinese TV programs " , it's zhong1 guo2 dian4 shi4 jie2 mu4 in pinyin.
If you want to say " Chinese movie ", it's zhong1 guo2 dian4 ying3 in pinyin.
