does 정신이 하나도 없네... mean something like having no energy?
If a talkative person leaves the room and a person says 정신이 하나도 없네... are they saying that they feel drained or no energy?
I know
정신= mind, spirit, soul; consciousness
없네 = negative/no/anti
하나 = one
therefore to me, if I try to not translate it so literally, it sounds like something like not having energy after talking to that person.

No, it's not energy or strength but when you're, for example, crazy busy to a point where you're forgetting everything, almost finding it hard to catch a breath or something like that.

can also be translated into an English phrase 'I'm flustered.'
