What's the different between 속상하다 and 섭섭하다?

섭섭하다 is the feeling you have when you wish something from someone but he or she didn't satisfy your expectation. 속상하다 usually doesn't need another person. It's almost equivalent to saying 'I'm in a bad mood' in English.
