What's the difference correct and right?
correct and that's right translate into Korean mean is the same.
When do say to 'correct'? and When do say to 'that's right'?

Depends on the context the words are used.
Right can also mean a direction, like 'turn right here at the corner'. 'Correct' would not be interchangeable in this sentence.

"Right" and "correct" are synonyms.
They both mean that something is factually accurate.
However, "right" can also have other meanings.
Right is the opposite of left (a direction).
Right is also the opposite of wrong (in morals / ethics).

* I use "correct " when i agree with someone's opinion in response or use it as a verb when to turn something from incorrect to correct
* " Right " has different meaning : such as :
1. Similar with " correct"
2.Direction ( opposite to the left ): usually come along with a preposition.
3. Politics : ex : we have the right to vote
and so on. You should refer to Dictionary.cambridge.org to understand deeply English word meaning.
