A TV show host asked the singer:"Do you have any piercings?"
Then the singer answered"I do,I have both of my ears pierced"
so what does it mean here?
Isn't piercing an adjadjective?

"Piercings" refers to body piercings, such as pierced ears, a pierced bellybutton, etc.
"Piercings" in this context is a noun, whereas "pierced" is an adjective.
