"Yes, it have arisen some questions". Is this good?
I don't know if this sentence is good because I've read that "it" is only for singular but I don't know how to say "Si, han surgido algunas preguntas." Please help!

Your sentence is incorrect and a little hard to be suree what you mean.
Better ways would be: Some questions have arisen because of it. Or, It has raised some questions.

We start the sentence with the subject, and use an intransitive verb:
Some questions have come up.
Some questions have arisen.
