Queremos hacer una camiseta para una despedida de soltero en ingles y tenemos una duda.
En español sería: "Nuestro amigo se casa, nosotros no".
In english would be correct: "Our friend is getting married, we aren't"???

You could also say 'we're not.' 'We are not' can be contracted in two ways. I prefer 'we're not' in this context, although 'we aren't' is 100% correct.

Yes, that's correct. As a T-shirt slogan, it might have more impact as two separate sentences.
