Two things to fix. 1) Pay attention to the verb form after a verb. "I love listening" and "I love to listen" are correct, but "I love listen" doesn't exist. 2) It's easiest to remember "listen TO ____". That's all you need to know. If you really want to analyse the grammar, then look up "transitive verbs" and "intransitive verbs".

It should be "I love to listen to music' or 'I love listening to music' or 'Music is something that I love listening to' to usually goes with the word listen....except in commands like 'You need to listen' or 'Listen carefully'

The sentence is incorrect. You could write it as: "I love to listen to music" or "I love listening to music"
