Does the term "SNS(social networking system)" sound natural to English-speaking people? Is it Konglish?

It's not that it sounds unnatural, it's that it sounds like an industry specific term. I wouldn't say SNS to my friends at a BBQ, I might if I was in the industry or one that had ties to it.
