What is the difference between 雨が降りそうじゃありません。 and 雨が降りそうもありません。?

降りそうじゃありません is casual way of 降りそうではありません. And 降りそうではありません is just " it doesn't seem to be going to rain." By 降りそうもありません, speaker doesn't believe that it is going to rain at all.
