The dictionary definition is 'arrogant,' just the same as 驕傲!

嚣张 is more like aggressive, and always use it to others rather than yourself. 骄傲 is proud.

氣焰囂張 = hot air of arrogrance.
氣焰骄傲 = hot air of pride.
As you can see in the translation, the two are difference in meaning.
