Can I say it in another way ?
Could you please help answer the questions as below :?
1. According to the weather report, it's going to be really cold tomorrow.
Is it native if I say : ... , it will be really cold tomorrow ?
2.The weather reports says it's going to rain tomorrow ?
Is it native if I say : The weather reports says it will rain tomorrow ?
Is it native if I say: The weather reports says it will be rainy tomorrow ?

Well, I rarely say "the weather report says... " I usually just say "It's supposed to be really cold tomorrow. " "I heard it's supposed to rain all day tomorrow. " I suppose if I wanted to be specific I might say, "The weatherman said it's going to be really cold tomorrow/it's going to rain all day tomorrow. "

In my opinion, it sounds "more" native to say "it's going to be _________ tomorrow." While I suppose you could say "it will be ________" tomorrow," it sounds slightly less natural to me. Hope this helps!
