Should I use stuck at something or stuck in something?
Which of the following sentence is correct?
1. I am stuck at the first question of the exam paper
2. I am stuck in the first question of the exam paper
Anyone could help? Thank you very much

Neither one is correct. You need to say 'on' e.g., "I'm stuck on the first question on the exam". There is no need to say 'exam paper'.
And you should say "Can anyone help or is there anyone who can help?" instead of "Anyone could help?"
