Too hard ,it is nonsense, nobody could say this kind of dialogues,as it is no no no style.

I would use "anything."
So this would be the sentence: Don't say I never gave you anything.
By using "never" and "nothing" together, it's a double negative, which you want to avoid in English. (Some English speakers do it, but it's not correct and doesn't sound good).
