Could you please tell me about "Fully Sick Bro" meaning?
My colleague told me like that but I didn't know the meaning what it is.
Please help me to correct my sentence with thanks.

There's a comma!
Your colleague is calling you bro, which means brother.
And fully sick is a way of saying "it's great!"

Without context, I'm not sure, but I guessing your colleague just meant the situation was really good.
to be sick ~ (slang) to be really good
bro ~ (slang - term of endearment) brother, good friend
