ciao Simone.. dipende quello che vuoi intendere.. la domanda che vuoi fare è: tu sei attento mentre guidi? giusto?

I agree with Kareem. I would just add that "Do you drive carefully?"and "Are you a careful driver?" sound more natural, at least in American English.
