"Brain drain". Translation?
With more than 2 million Iranians having relocated outside of Iran permanently over the last 15 years, how do you translate this English word into Persian?

فرار مغزها. Faraar e Maghzha. it literally means "the escape of brains"

They call it brains = (genius people) who left Iran .Although literally means smart people who escaped from Iran .
