What for? just keep it up! => 뭐 때문에? 그냥 계속해! / 뭐 때문에요? 그냥 계속하세요! "What(무엇) for(위해서, 이유/목적으로) == 무엇 때문에? or 무슨 이유/목적으로? or simply 왜? (Why?).
