What is the Polish for "borrow" and "lend"?

Alina I think you wanna know if we use the same word "pożyczyć" in both cases (when we borrow and when we lend). Yes, in polish language we do not have separated words like in english so mainly we recognize the meaning from conversation context.

borrow - pożyczać OD kogoś, np. I need to borrow some money from you (Potrzebuję pożyczyć trochę pieniędzy od Ciebie).
lend - pożyczać coś komuś , np. Could YOU lend any money to me, please? ( Czy mógłbyś pożyczyć mi trochę pieniędzy, proszę?).
