Help with question
Hello, everyone
Please, could you help me? Please
Would you use gerund or infinitive here? "Requirements to be a mayor: (to) be/being over 21 years old. Not having/Not (to have) nor ever (have) had any fiscal issues with the government...." ? And is it odd to say "Not having/have NOR EVER HAD any..."?
Please
I really need help
