what are they different?

conserve - minimize waste so that the supply lasts longer. "We conserve energy not run out of it prematurely."
reserve - set aside a certain amount for special purpose. "We must reserve some funds for unexpected contingencies".
preserve - keep from perishing (decaying, going extinct, etc) "Preservation of the world's animal species is a top priority".
