Deber Conjugation
When I use deber for its "should" English definition, I always second guess conjugations and placement of deber. Should I just treat it the same way as estar?
I.E. When should good men go to war?

la palabra inglesa "should" en español se traduce como "debería". Es decir, es el condicional del verbo "deber".
Y la frase que has puesto de ejemplo se traduciría así:
- When should good men go to war?
- ¿Cuándo deberían los hombres buenos ir a la guerra?
