What's the difference between "restore" "refresh" and "resume" ?

Restore- to put something back how it was before. (eg. mobile phone after you delete everything)
Refresh - you refresh the page on the internet by hitting the refresh button.
Resume = to continue doing something you stopped doing before. Eg. He resumed reading his book after he had got up from his sleep.
