Help(please) Hi, there Could you help me? 1) Can you say "My internet keeps cutting out/dropping out"? What about "The internet/wi-fi keeps going in and out"?... What about "PHONE SIGNAL"? "My phone signal keeps going in and out"?"Would you use any of them? "Phone signal is going in and out"?????.. Or maybe "up and down"? "The wi-fi/phone signal keeps going up and down"? 2) What do you call a person who can't stand walking barefoot or getting dirty, is a little snobby, never eats with his hands, only goes to kind of expensive restaurants, etc? Thank you very much!

1) Many of those sentences sound good. "My internet keeps cutting out," "The wifi keeps going in and out," "My phone signal keeps going in and out," all sound natural. The ones with "up and down" don't sound very natural. 2) "Finicky" might be a good word for that. It sounds pretty neutral. "Snobbish" or "uptight" sound more negative but might also fit.
