It is a commonly used English "slang" phrase. It is usually said when you are competing with someone (like in a game) and you lose. It can be said because the person is trying to be mean or it could be said harmlessly in a friendly competition. Similar phrases that are easier to understand: "You got defeated" or "You lost".
