It is a commonly used English "slang" phrase.
It is usually said when you are competing with someone (like in a game) and you lose.
It can be said because the person is trying to be mean or it could be said harmlessly in a friendly competition.
Similar phrases that are easier to understand: "You got defeated" or "You lost".
