To arrive - приезжать, to come back - возвращаться
I have arrived - я приехал
He will arrive soon - он скоро приедет
I am coming back - я возвращаюсь
Bare in mind that if you go by foot we normally say - приходить
Я пришёл/Он скоро придёт
