How do you express someone always feel warm or hot? For example, Jim usually wears a T-shirt in winter -10 ℃. Is there a suitable sentence, like " I was born...", or something like that?

we would say that someone who always feels warm is" hot- natured." likewise, someone who feels cold all the time is "cold-natured."

My dad used to say, "I could sweat in a snow storm." Even though a biologist wouldn't approve, you could also say, "he is warm-blooded"
