Slang for a very great combination.
"Killer" means really great in this context.
Other examples:
That is a killer song on the radio!
That's a killer answer you gave the teacher!

When you say, a killer combination, you are saying that it's an amazing combination of two things together. Those two things can't get any better.
Example: Wine and cheese are a killer combination. (because it is so good.)
