What does this phone message on hold say?
After the woman said "Let me check one.. something for you", the call was put on hold, and then there was a recorded message, and I couldnt catch what it was about.

Sounds to me like '"That's terrific, it's too heavy for the lumber cart. (Heavy?) or bulky items might need (a lift ?)." Only the words 'too heavy for the lumber cart' and 'bulky items might need' are clear enough for me to hear. The rest is very muffled.
I'd say that recording is about if you have to ship something that is an unusual size.
