How to say "I've watched that" In japanese
A person on Hellotalk told me they have watched Haikyuu and Neon Genesis Evangelion, and I want to respond saying that I've watched both of those anime as well, but I'm not sure how to say it in Japanese. Thank you in advance!

You could say 「私もそれ観たよ」(watashimo sore mitayo) casually.
If you want to say it politely, you could say, 「私も観ました」(you can omit 「それ」 if it's obvious)
If you want to say specifically, " I've watched both of those anime as well", you could say 「私も両方とも観たよ/観ました」
