You could say "soshite(そして)" in that case.
As another case, we can use "to(と)".
For example, "I have an dog and an cat" means "watashi wa inu to neko o ka(tt)temasu(私は犬と猫を飼ってます)".
You could use the following ways when you translate the conjunction "and" into Japanese
1. (phrase) and (phrase)--- soshite(そして)
2. (word) and (word)----- to(と)
